1. Create a Profile: Sign up and create a detailed profile for your band, including your music genre, experience, and any relevant media like audio tracks or videos.
2. Browse Listings: Navigate to the "Search Gigs" section where you can browse available gig listings posted by venues.
3. Apply for a Gig: When you find a gig that suits your band, click the "Apply" button.
4. Check Application Status: Once you've submitted your application, the venue will review it and get back to you through the "Gig Applications" section.
5. Confirm the Booking: If the venue hires your band, your application status will say 'hired'. Confirm the booking by clicking on the 'confirm' button.
Yes, you can apply for multiple gigs on VenuLink! There is no limit to the number of gigs you can apply for. We encourage bands to explore all available opportunities and apply to as many gigs as they are interested in. This increases your chances of landing more performances and expanding your reach. Just make sure to manage your schedule effectively to avoid any conflicts with booked gigs.
1. Access the Section: Log in to your VenuLink account and navigate to the "Gig Applications" section from your dashboard.
2. View Application Status: Each application you submit will be listed here. When you first submit an application, the status will be marked as "In Review."
3. Status Updates: Depending on the venue's decision, the status of your application will change to either "Hired" or "Rejected." You'll receive notifications for any status updates to keep you informed.
4. Manage Applications: You can view details of each application, follow up with venues if needed, and manage your schedule based on your application statuses.
Venues

1. Log In to Your Account: Ensure you're logged in to your VenuLink account. If you don't have an account yet, sign up and create a profile for your venue.
2. Navigate to "Post a Gig": From your dashboard, go to the "Post a Gig" section.
3. Fill Out the Gig Details: Complete the gig listing form with all the necessary information, including: Event Name, Date/Time, and Additional Details.
4. Review and Submit: Double-check all the details to ensure accuracy, then submit your gig listing.
5. Manage Your Gig Listings: Once posted, you can manage your gig listings from the "My Gigs" section, where you can edit details, review applications, and communicate with applicants.

2. Navigate to "My Gigs": From your dashboard, go to the "My Gigs" section. This is where you can see all the gigs you have posted.
3. View and Edit Listings: In the "My Gigs" section, you can view details and close listings.
4. Review Applications: For each gig listing, you can review the applications submitted by bands and hire your favorite band.
